Boredom at a Busstop:

Whilst waiting for a bus this weekend in Gyeong-ju, our dear travellers embarked on a one-hour photo contest to kill the time. The following six images are the three best from each of us. If you care to vote, we'd appreciate it. Please give each a mark out of ten and also please leave your name. 'Colour' is ongoing and will be wrapped up at the end of this coming weekend. Next weeks photo competitions topic will be ...........drum roll please..........colour, simple as that. It will start this Friday August 25 and will close midnight the following Sunday (Sept 3). We are still looking for others to join in if you are interested please get in touch with either Eric or myself at the emails above. We would love to have some other entries, so grab those cameras and get shooting.

Beginning Saturday, 26 August, a new round will begin that we hope you will be interested in joining. This is open to anyone that we know (or friends of friends. No randoms please) and the subject will be announced closer to the starting date, as will the rules. The subject will be drawn from a hat. Any suggestions for subjects will be added to the draw. Let us know! If you are interested in participating, please email us soonish so we can figure out the details. Please consider it! The more the merrier!

Here are the entries from round two of our photo competition. This time the subject matter was open, but all photos must have been taken in the past nine days while we were on vacation.

Voting will be the same as the last round: on a scale from one to ten for each picture.

This time, however, anyone who is interested is welcome to vote towards the final scores. When voting, please add it as a comment to the bottom of the picture series (click the little pencil icon).

The photo competition below has been completed. The winner through points was Eric and he was properly intoxicated for it. The best photo went to Alex with his shot of American flags in the classroom.

The first three photos in the list were Eric's, with Ryan's in the middle, and Alex's at the bottom.
